Job Overview A tier-3 RV park is in need of a good armed guard who can serve both as a park manager and a guard. Guard must be willing to turn away homeless people, and strictly enforce park rules with the park residents. Clean background, good references, and dedicated person required. We expect that you will be at the park for 6 hours per day for 5 days a week. If you have an RV, you can also stay at the park for free. Duties Manage all aspects of park operations including rules enforcement Oversee property maintenance, and coordinate repairs Enforce park policies and regulations Maintain accurate records of leasing transactions, maintenance requests, incident reports, and administrative documentation Simple maintenance tasks around the park Requirements Licensed permit Ability to enforce rules with errant tenants, file and execute evictions Regularly communicate with park owners

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
