Job Description

Overview All Sport Outdoor Park Attendant team members are responsible for maintaining the overall club outdoor appearance. This position involves a wide variety of projects related primarily to outdoor housekeeping, maintenance, and landscaping, with some indoor responsibilities as needed, as well as assistance with outdoor Reception and Café functions.
Minimum Age Requirement:
18 Years Old This is a seasonal position through Labor Day weekend. Approx 16-24 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Rotate between campground and pool areas throughout the day. Handle trash removal. Maintain cleanliness of parking lots and outdoor parks. Perform general upkeep using tools such as a broom, sweeper, and dustpan. Ensure that changing rooms and surrounding areas are properly reset during transitions from camp use to member use. Assist greeting members at front desk and café with a strong emphasis on customer service. Clean off park walkways and main driveway prior to opening. Water flowers, trees, grass, shrubs, and lawns daily. Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings, training programs as required. Qualifications Must be 18+ to comply with operational requirements of the role. Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. Personal drive, action-oriented, quick learner. Ability to observe and analyze safety situations and determine appropriate course of action. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced team environment as well as work independently. Must possess excellent communication skills, multi-tasking, planning and problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to use a computer to check in members and guests as needed. Ability to work outside for long periods of time in all weather conditions, this can include rain, wind, and heat. Flexible Schedule. Must be prepared to work weekends and holidays.
