Job Description
Overview Hudson Valley law firm seeking an individual who is personable with good phone skills and excellent computer/typing skills. Must be organized and reliable for a full-time front desk position. Duties Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a professional and inviting atmosphere Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently Perform clerical duties such as word processing, organizing records Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook) Excellent phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette and customer support experience Prior office experience with clerical tasks and front desk responsibilities preferred Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Ability to multitask confidently in a busy environment while demonstrating professionalism and patience
