Job Description
About the Role We're hiring an experienced, dependable Pest Control Technician to service residential and commercial accounts in and around Huntsville, AL. You'll inspect properties, identify pest issues, apply treatments safely, and build lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior pest inspections and treatments for residential and commercial clients Identify pest and rodent infestations and recommend appropriate treatment plans Safely mix, handle, and apply pesticides and other control products in compliance with label and regulatory requirements Set, monitor, and service bait stations and traps Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and treatment records accurately Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers Maintain equipment, vehicle, and product inventory in clean, working order Follow all company safety procedures and state/federal regulations Requirements Minimum 1 year of pest control experience required Valid Alabama driver's license with a clean driving record Applicable Alabama pest control certification/license (or ability to obtain) Knowledge of common pests, treatment methods, and safe pesticide handling Ability to work independently and manage a daily route Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, crawl, and work in various weather conditions and confined spaces High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Familiarity with the Huntsville/North Alabama area Experience using route/service software What We Offer Competitive hourly pay $20.00 10% commission on sales and upsells — earn extra on every service and product you sell Company vehicle and equipment Paid training and license/certification support PTO 401(k) Opportunities for advancement
