Medical, Dental, and Vision Company vehicle and cellphone Employer-paid life insurance, and short-term disability 401k with company match Paid time off and 8 paid holidays A successful Wildlife Service Professional needs: to have good communication skills be willing to work on ladders up to 40ft high to enjoy working outdoors have skills and knowledge to use power tools enjoy building relationships and creating a bond with people have a creative approach to problem-solving can become a licensed Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator and Pesticide Applicator wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator take pride in your workmanship have a valid drivers license required with a good driving record to pass a drug screen and background check is required Responsibilities Build strong relationships with internal and external customers Inspect and identify properties for wildlife damage including on roofs, in attics, and in crawlspaces Remove nuisance wildlife from residential and commercial properties with the ability to dispatch the wildlife Perform exclusion work to prevent the reentry of wildlife into homes and businesses Install and service bait stations and exclusion devices Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment Enter crawlspaces/ tight spaces with the possibility of close encounters with wildlife such as snakes, opossums, raccoons, bats, etc. Identify and communicate any safety-related obstacles and lead with a safety-first mindset Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally Ability to work in different types of weather conditions Experience and License Requirements Driver's License
