Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals and equipment while adhering to safety guidelines Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for treatment applications and property maintenance Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing lawn care, landscaping, or farming practices to reduce future infestations Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and client interactions for compliance and reporting purposes Drive company vehicles safely between job sites, ensuring timely service delivery and vehicle maintenance Assist with general property upkeep using landscaping or farming techniques to support pest prevention efforts Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving company vehicles between locations Strong knowledge of pest control methods and safety protocols; certification or licensing as required by local regulations is a plus Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during outdoor work Excellent communication skills to explain treatment plans clearly to clients and team members Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest management, lawn care, farming practices, or land maintenance Join us in delivering top-tier pest control solutions with energy and professionalism!
