Company vehicle and all necessary equipment provided. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial properties to identify pest presence and activity. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power sprayers Develop customized pest management plans based on site assessments and customer needs. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and follow-up schedules. Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including landscaping practices, Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Clean driving record and valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free workplace Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift equipment or supplies for extended periods. Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members. Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest management Opportunities for advancement in sales and commissions. This is a route based position.
