Pest Control Technician and Termite Inspector George Termite & Pest Control is hiring a full-time Pest Control Technician and Termite Inspector to serve Russellville, Dardanelle, and surrounding areas. This is an independent, field-based position for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, motivated, comfortable working without direct supervision, and able to communicate professionally with customers. Primary Responsibilities Perform general pest control, termite inspections, and specialty services at residential and commercial properties Inspect structures for termite activity and damage, including entering and crawling beneath houses when necessary Accurately document inspection findings and explain recommended next steps Complete assigned routes efficiently and thoroughly while maintaining our standards for quality and customer service Work independently, manage time effectively, stay on schedule, and follow through on customer needs Communicate professionally with customers, listen to their concerns, explain services and treatments, and recommend appropriate solutions Process customer payments and accurately document completed services in FieldRoutes Keep the assigned company vehicle, equipment, materials, and inventory clean, organized, stocked, and properly maintained Communicate effectively with the office and other team members Professionally represent George Termite & Pest Control in the field What We Are Looking For Trustworthy, dependable, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently with limited direct supervision Dependable attendance, punctuality, and readiness to work as scheduled Strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to take responsibility Friendly and professional customer communication skills Strong time-management and organizational skills Comfortable driving throughout the workday, including occasional longer distances between customers Physically able and comfortable entering and crawling through confined crawlspaces beneath houses Comfortable using mobile technology, including FieldRoutes and Microsoft Teams Willing to learn, cross-train, and continuously develop new skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record High school diploma or GED Previous pest control or termite inspection experience and licensing are preferred but not required. We will provide training and assist the right candidate in obtaining the required licenses and certifications. Physical Requirements Applicants must be able to regularly walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, carry and operate equipment weighing approximately 35 pounds, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Applicants must also be physically able and comfortable entering and crawling beneath houses and working in confined crawlspaces during termite inspections.
