Pest Control Technician The Pest Detective | Northeast Arkansas Overview At The Pest Detective , we're a locally owned, family-operated pest management company proudly serving Northeast Arkansas. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working independently, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service. Whether you're experienced in pest control or looking to start a new career, we'll provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed. No pest control experience? No problem. We provide 40 hours of paid, hands-on training , cover the cost of your state licensing and certification, and continue coaching you throughout your introductory period. Already licensed? You'll be considered for a higher starting wage based on your experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and identify treatment needs. Safely apply pesticides and pest management products in accordance with company procedures and state regulations. Perform pest, termite, mosquito, and rodent treatments using hand tools, ladders, and other equipment. Educate customers on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and recommended services. Complete accurate electronic service reports and maintain detailed treatment records. Operate and maintain a clean, organized company vehicle. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a professional appearance. Provide outstanding customer service while representing The Pest Detective with integrity and professionalism. Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit the customer. Qualifications We're willing to train the right person! Prior pest control experience is not required .
