Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Termite & Pest Control Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing pest problems in residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, the ability to operate various tools and equipment, and excellent customer service skills. The Service Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure effective pest management solutions. Training will be provided. Must pass background check Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest/termite infestations and potential entry points. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand and power tools as needed. Collaborate with clients to develop customized pest management plans based on their specific needs. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment applications and follow-up recommendations. Educate clients on preventative measures to minimize future pest issues, including landscape management and lawn care practices. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while performing all duties. Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled appointments. Skills Proficient in termite and pest control techniques and methods. Experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to pest management tasks. Strong driving skills with a valid driver's license.. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to work independently while also being a proactive team player in collaborative sales efforts.
