Pest Control Branch Operations Manager / Lead Technician We are looking for an experienced pest control professional to become the right-hand person to the owner and lead day-to-day operations for our growing Northwest Arkansas branch . This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can run branch operations, train and develop technicians, maintain quality and compliance, and help grow a local branch in NWA. Responsibilities Lead daily pest, termite, and lawn operations for the branch Train, mentor, and develop technicians Oversee routes, scheduling, service quality, and field performance Perform inspections, treatments, and quality-control checks Help recruit, hire, and onboard technicians Handle customer concerns and key accounts Manage branch equipment, chemical inventory, and service standards Ensure compliance with Arkansas regulations and pesticide requirements Develop branch procedures, training programs, and best practices Work closely with the owner on branch growth and performance Serve as the owner's primary operational partner for Northwest Arkansas

REQUIRED ARKANSAS LICENSES / CLASSIFICATIONS

Candidate must hold, the following Arkansas commercial applicator classifications: Class 1 — Termite & Other Structural Pest Control Class 2 — Household Pest & Rodent Control Class 4 — Tree & Turf Pest Control Ideal Candidate Experienced pest control professional with strong pest, termite, and turf knowledge Holds Arkansas Classes 1, 2 & 4 Proven ability to train, supervise, and lead technicians Strong organizational and customer-service skills Comfortable working independently and making field decisions Valid driver's license and clean driving record Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in building and leading a local branch This is more than a technician position. You will help build, manage, and grow the Northwest Arkansas branch , with the opportunity to take on increasing operational responsibility as the branch grows.
