You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively identifying and resolving pest issues. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and assess the extent of the problem. Develop and implement effective pest control plans tailored to individual customer needs. Utilize hand tools, power tools to apply treatments safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up actions. Educate customers on preventive measures and best practices for pest management. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Drive to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations and company policies. Experience Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is beneficial. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on sales techniques to promote additional services when appropriate. A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
