Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify termite activity and potential vulnerabilities. Apply chemical agents safely and effectively to treat infested areas, following all pesticide management and safety protocols. Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to access hard-to-reach areas such as attics, crawl spaces, and exterior walls. Operate company vehicles responsibly to transport equipment and team members between job sites. Implement integrated pest management techniques by utilizing eco-friendly methods alongside chemical treatments for sustainable results. Adhere strictly to confined space entry safety procedures when working in tight or hazardous environments. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and safety procedures followed for compliance and quality assurance. Qualifications Proven experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and farm machinery. Knowledge of pesticide application procedures, chemical agent handling, and pesticide management regulations. Understanding of entomology principles related to pests such as termites and other insects. Commitment to safety protocol adherence including respiratory protection and ladder safety procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles; outdoor work experience is essential.
