Job Description
Pest Control Technician
- Rodent, Bird & Wildlife Specialist Lunar Pest Control is hiring a field technician focused on rodent control, bird work, wildlife removal, exclusions, and related pest control services in the Phoenix East Valley area.
Pay:
$26.02- 31.
What you will do:
- Inspect properties for rodent, bird, and wildlife activity
- Identify entry points, nesting areas, sanitation issues, and damage
- Set traps, perform removals, and complete follow-up services
- Install exclusion materials such as mesh, sealants, barriers, and hardware cloth
- Perform bird control and cleanup support when needed
- Document work with notes and photos
- Communicate professionally with customers and the Lunar office team
- Follow label, safety, ladder, roof, and company procedures
- Help with general pest control services when the schedule requires it What we are looking for:
- Pest control, wildlife removal, construction, handyman, roofing, restoration, or similar field experience
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and power tools
- Comfortable working outside in Arizona weather
- Comfortable with ladders, attics, roofs, and tight spaces
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Reliable, organized, and good with customers
- Able to work independently after training Preferred but not required:
- 2+ years of pest control, rodent, bird, wildlife, exclusion, or related field experience
- Arizona pest control licensing or the ability to become licensed
- Experience with rodent exclusions, bird netting, spikes, trapping, or sanitation work
