Brock Pest Solutions is a local pest control service with an emphasis on friendly customer service, integrated pest management, and providing a quality service to our community. We have built a reputation in Maricopa County as providing outstanding service and value to our customers. We are looking for a Pest control Technician, licensed , to join our team. Our ideal candidate is personable, self-driven, and cooperative, as well as comfortable working unsupervised and independently. Compensation is based on experience, and applicants with experience will receive higher compensation. The position that we are offering is part-time, with availability needed between 3 to 5 days per week, or between 15 and 25 hours. Our Technicians are provided with a company vehicle, and equipment. We serve the greater Phoenix area, with routes close together in proximity. After the hiring process is complete, you will be given use of a company vehicle to use for your route. Essential Duties AND Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Show up to customers home's in a timely fashion. Providing an enthusiastic and positive attitude. Self-motivated to complete appointment and service deadlines each day. Comfortable communicating with customers effectively. Applying insecticides according to label and safety instructions. Ability to diffuse and resolve the situation with upset or disgruntled customers. Containing basic math skills to calculate figures related to service needs. Being able to work outside in hot conditions. Being comfortable encountering critters.

Requirements:

To represent the company in a professional and courteous manner always. The ability to multitask and follow instructions. The ability to be efficient with time when working independently. Great work ethic and punctuality. Must have a clean driving record to drive company vehicles. Clear background check prior to employment. A minimum education of a high school graduate or GED.

Compensation:

Hourly pay or per day with a part-time schedule. Upon completing the training period, employees will have full use of a company car for all business needs.
