Northwest Exterminating is growing and looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Sales Representative to help homeowners protect their homes with industry-leading pest management solutions. This field-based role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, educating homeowners, and delivering customized pest management solutions.

What You'll Do:

Meet with homeowners to inspect properties and identify pest concerns Recommend customized pest control solutions based on customer needs Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads Follow up with prospective customers and maintain an active sales pipeline Manage customer information, appointments, and sales activity using mobile applications and CRM systems Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while providing outstanding customer service

What You Bring:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (required) At least 2 years of pest control industry experience preferred Pest control sales experience strongly preferred Current pest control license preferred (or the ability to obtain one, if applicable) Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
