This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pest control methods, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and machinery safely. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods. Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed for pest control tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans and preventive measures to clients. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and areas treated. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required. Familiarity with landscape maintenance, lawn care, and farm operations is a plus. Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Pay range - $22.00 to $29.00 plus Bonus - Depending on Experience.
