Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans Apply pesticides and chemical agents safely following all safety protocols, including respiratory protection and confined space entry procedures Operate company vehicles, ladders, power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery to access difficult areas or treat outdoor spaces effectively Implement integrated pest management strategies by utilizing knowledge of entomology, pest behavior, and environmentally responsible practices Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, chemical inventory, safety compliance, and service reports Follow all safety protocols during outdoor work, ladder use, pesticide handling, and equipment operation to ensure personal and team safety Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, pesticide management, or related fields such as lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly desirable Ability to safely operate ladders, power tools, farm machinery, and company vehicles while adhering to ladder safety procedures and safety protocol guidelines Mechanical aptitude with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools for various treatments or repairs Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients about pest issues and treatment options Knowledge of chemical agent handling, pesticide application techniques, and integrated pest management principles Experience working outdoors in diverse weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicle responsibly Join us in making a real difference by safeguarding homes and businesses from pests!
