As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance. Shift:

7:30am-4pm What's the Job? Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions. Handle materials by loading and unloading raw goods and finished products as needed. Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area, supporting overall housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Follow all safety policies, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety features on machinery. What's Needed? Ability to operate machinery and handle materials in a safe manner. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Willingness to follow safety policies and procedures. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. No prior experience required; training will be provided. What's in it for me?
