Are you an experienced woodworker looking to get out of the house a few hours a week? Want to be part of a growing company where your skills actually matter? We're a new and fast-growing termite company seeking a part-time wood repair specialist to help us with structural and cosmetic repairs caused by termite damage. This is a hands-on field position working across Riverside, Orange, and LA Counties —perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their craft, and is open to growing with us as we expand.What You'll Be Doing:
Performing dry rot and termite-damaged wood repairs on fascia, siding, trim, eaves, and more Replacing and repairing exterior/interior framing elements as needed Using proper techniques to match finishes, materials, and structural integrity Coordinating with inspectors and supervisors for seamless project execution Working safely and professionally on ladders, roofs, and in crawlspaces when requiredWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in carpentry, woodworking, or construction Ability to work independently with limited supervision Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Basic hand tools (we'll provide specialized tools as needed) Friendly, professional, and respectful attitude with customers Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various field environments Nice to Have (But Not Required): Experience working with termite or pest control companies Knowledge of building code compliance Bilingual (Spanish/English)Why Work With Us:
