We are a well established family owned and operated local company with an opening for a pest control service technician trainee.

What we offer:

Full time permanent position

• Responsible for service work on already established accounts. Duties include routine services, trouble calls and new starts Paid training provided while preparing to obtain state Applicator's license. Training period is typically 2
• 3 weeks in the field with some study on your own.

$17.00 per hour during initial training period. $18.50 per hour + production bonus on successfully obtaining Applicator's license. $19.50 per hour + production bonus with Field Representative License (Usually within 3 months of hire) Regular pay increases with your commitment to progress in the position. Full benefits package for the team member including retirement, paid vacations, medical, dental, etc. Company vehicle and phone What we require: Self-starter able to complete assigned work efficiently with minimal supervision Clean DMV and clean drug screen (mandatory) Physically able and willing to work outdoors year-around

• occasionally climb and work from ladders and work in confined areas such as attics and substructure crawl spaces. Mechanical aptitude
• capable of learning to clean and maintain assigned equipment Desire to grow in industry knowledge and professional skills
• Including studying for and obtaining additional licensing.
