Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points. Apply pest control chemicals and treatments accurately following pesticide management guidelines and safety protocols. Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery safely to access hard-to-reach areas during pest control operations. Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to driving safety standards. Implement integrated pest management strategies tailored to each situation, emphasizing environmentally friendly solutions. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, treatment locations, and service reports for compliance purposes. Communicate clearly with customers to explain treatment plans, answer questions, and provide advice on pest prevention. Follow all safety procedures including respiratory protection, confined space entry safety procedures, and chemical handling protocols to ensure personal and team safety. Stay current with industry best practices in entomology, pest control chemical handling, lawn care, landscaping, farming techniques, and the use of hand tools or power tools. Experience Valid state license as a Termite & General Pest Control Applicator Proven experience in pest control operations and termite treatment Strong mechanical aptitude with familiarity in using ladders safely and power tools. Knowledge of pesticide application techniques, pesticide management practices, and integrated pest management principles. Ability to handle chemicals safely while adhering to all safety protocols including respiratory protection measures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience in outdoor environments requiring physical activity such as ladder use, confined space entry safety procedures, or working at heights. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operation of company vehicles.
