Pest Control Technician/Sales Representative

Double A Home Services is seeking motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Pest Control Sales Representatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting new people, and earning based on performance. You will be responsible for generating new customers, identifying pest issues, and providing effective service solutions. Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door sales, referrals, and networking Conduct property inspections to identify pest problems Educate customers on pest control services and treatment plans Present and close sales confidently and professionally Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Coordinate with service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (door-to-door is a plus, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a competitive attitude Ability to work independently and stay organized Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods Pay & Benefits Commission based pay structure Uncapped earning potential Weekly and monthly performance bonuses Paid training provided Opportunities for advancement within the company Schedule Full-time Part time Flexible schedule
