We are looking for someone who already knows the pest control business and can confidently manage a route with minimal training. Qualifications Current California Branch 2 Applicator or Field Representative license Minimum 2 years of pest control experience Experience servicing both commercial and residential properties Able to identify pest issues and determine the appropriate treatment Experience with general pest control, including ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, and other common pests Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Comfortable using a mobile phone/app to document services and customer information Valid California driver's license with a good driving record Must be able to pass applicable employment requirements Position Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing an established service route, completing scheduled stops, communicating professionally with customers, performing thorough inspections and treatments, documenting services performed, and following all company and California pest-control regulations. We are specifically looking for an experienced technician . This position is best suited for someone already working in the pest-control industry who wants to join an established company and be trusted to manage their route professionally.
