In this role, you will be responsible for managing pest control services for residential and commercial clients. You will utilize your knowledge of pest management techniques and equipment to ensure a safe and pest-free environment for our customers. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pesticides and other pest control methods safely and effectively, following all regulations and safety guidelines. Utilize hand tools, and small power tools. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control techniques, and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites in the Los Angeles, Long Beach, and Orange County area. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail-oriented and able to follow safety procedures diligently.
