We are looking for a branch 2 or 3 field representative who desire a good company to work for. •Pay based on experience•
Expectations:
Must have good customer service Skills. Must be able to climb a ladder Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer. Effectively treat infestations for residential and commercial customers and perform Termite/WDO inspections. Document services and materials used accurately on service records. Must have experience using tools (Handyman experience is a plus) Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain it clean and organized. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program. Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs. Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand held device provided for speed and accuracy. Ask customers for feedback and encourage them to leave online reviews. Address customers concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed. Responding on a timely basis to customers' requests for telephone and in-person service calls . Identifying and acting upon opportunities to sell additional products or services. Skills Required CA Driver's License with clean DMV record and pass background check. Drug testing Follow Specifications Problem Solving Ability Flexibility Dependable Communication Customer Service Active Listening Agile; able to climb and crawl. Must be willing to routinely lift, pull large ladders. Handyman experience is a plus. (For rodent proofing and termite repairs, etc.) •Willingness to adjust standard work schedule to meet the needs of our customers, which may require occasional Saturday work and overtime.
