Expectations:

Must have good customer service Skills. Must be able to climb a ladder Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer. Effectively treat infestations for residential and commercial customers and perform Termite/WDO inspections. Document services and materials used accurately on service records. Must have experience using tools (Handyman experience is a plus) Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain it clean and organized. Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program. Serve as a problem solver for your customer by utilizing the in-depth training provided to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs. Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand held device provided for speed and accuracy. Ask customers for feedback and encourage them to leave online reviews. Address customers concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.
