Your proactive approach will help implement integrated pest management strategies, ensuring safe and effective pest control solutions. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and outdoor areas to identify pest activity and entry points. Apply chemical agents safely and accurately following pesticide management protocols and safety regulations. Use ladders, hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to access hard-to-reach areas for effective pest treatment. Follow strict safety protocols including respiratory protection, confined space entry procedures, and ladder safety procedures during all operations. Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and provide professional recommendations tailored to their needs. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, pest activity reports, and treatment logs in compliance with regulatory standards. Operate company vehicles responsibly while adhering to driving safety policies during field visits. Skills Strong knowledge of pest control methods, pesticide application techniques, and integrated pest management principles. Mechanical aptitude with experience handling hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and lawn care equipment. Familiarity with chemical agent handling, pesticide management, and safety protocol adherence. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions with outdoor work experience in farming or landscaping preferred. Ability to follow safety procedures rigorously including ladder use, confined space entry safety procedures, respiratory protection usage, and chemical handling protocols. Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
