Pest Control License Full Job Description About Us:

We are a family-owned pest control company under new management, dedicated to providing top-notch service to our community. We are looking for a skilled technician to join our growing team—not a salesperson, but a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work.

The Role:

You will inspect residential/commercial properties, identify pest issues, and apply treatments safely and effectively. Your focus is on service quality and customer satisfaction—not door-to-door sales.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of pest control or related field experience Valid Applicator License (Required) Branch 2 (Preferred) Branch 3 (Preferred, a plus) Strong pest identification and treatment knowledge Excellent customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage your route independently

Compensation & Perks:

Hourly Base:

$20.00/hr

Production Bonus:

Earn 5% of the total gross value of all services you complete—on top of your hourly pay

Annual Growth:

At your 1-year review, your bonus percentage increases based on your performance (hourly rate stays at $20, but your cut of production grows)

PTO:

Eligible after 6-month probationary period
