Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Technician. We are willing to train the appropriate candidate. Must possess a good DMV record, good communication and customer service skills.Responsibilities:
- Conduct pest control treatment at residential and commercial properties
- Eliminate pests using appropriate methods
- Apply pesticides in accordance with manufacturers label instructions.
- Create treatment plans and provide recommendations to customers
- O'Connor Pest Control provides service in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.
- Good listener, able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Sales experience beneficial, but not required, for upselling services.
Job Type:
Full-time Minimum wage of $16.90 per hour plus Commission Production Bonus.Average Earnings:
$30,000.00- $80,000.
