Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Qualified Applicator License (QAL) Pest Control Technician with a Category M (Non-Soil Fumigation) certification to join our growing Rodent/Pest Control division , as a technician/applicator. This position does not involve sales, all routes are pre-established . Key Responsibilities:
Apply pesticides and rodenticides in accordance with all state and federal regulations Perform inspections, identify pest issues, and recommend appropriate treatment plans Maintain accurate application records and compliance documentation for material usage Communicate clearly with our office support team about site findings and recommendations Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Collaborate with team members to complete daily routes and service schedules
Qualifications:
Active QAL license with Category M (required) Knowledge of pest control practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience in pest management or rodent control is a plus
Additional Notes:
Employee is regularly required to stand for long periods; walk long distances on uneven terrain; drive safely to multiple stops each day; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; occasionally pull large amounts of hose up to 400 feet; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds for an extended amount of time and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds; sit for long periods of time while traveling to and from job site to job site.

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
