Summary We are seeking a reliable, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Pest, Control Technician to join our team at California Exterminators Alliance. This position is essential for delivering high-quality pest management services to our clients, ensuring their environments remain safe and comfortable. Responsibilities Shows up on time having a professional appearance and attitude. Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to help identify pest. Maintain accurate records of services provided and products used. Communicate with clients about pest and weed issues, treatment plans, and preventative measures.

Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean and commercially insurable driving record. Training is provided.

Tool and Equipment Maintenance:

Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, oil changes, minor repairs, and inspections to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition and safe to operate. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. The ideal candidate must be able to safely and effectively perform the physical duties required in the pest and weed control industry, including: Frequently walking on uneven terrain and outdoor job sites Standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing for extended periods Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment, chemicals, and materials up to 50 pounds Working in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and direct sunlight Safely climbing ladders, accessing crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and confined areas Operating hand tools, backpack sprayers, power equipment, and company vehicles Maintaining the stamina and mobility necessary to complete route-based service work throughout the day Following all safety procedures related to pesticide and herbicide application If you are ready to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional pest control services, we encourage you to apply and join the California Exterminators Alliance team!
