We are seeking a licensed, skilled, and motivated Branch 2 Field Representative/Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying pest-related issues, and implementing safe and effective pest control solutions. You will also play an important role in growing your route by door knocking, generating new business, and building strong, lasting relationships with customers . Responsibilities:

Inspect properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points. Recommend and implement effective pest control treatments. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships. Perform routine pest control services and follow all safety and regulatory requirements. Grow your route through door-to-door prospecting and new customer acquisition. Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment recommendations. Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers and management. Work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.

Qualifications:

Valid California Branch 2 Field Representative license required. Previous pest control experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable driving record. Ability to safely lift and carry equipment as required.
