Pest Control Technician - Branch 2 License Required (Branch 3 a Plus) South Bay / West Los Angeles / Orange County

• $21-28/hr + commission About Us Xtermicon is a family-run company serving Southern California. We're growing across Southern California, and we want experienced techs who want to grow with us. The Job We need an experienced Branch 2 Field Rep to take care of our residential, HOA, and business customers. You'll service both existing and new customers across the South Bay and West LA, and other parts of Southern California as needed. If you also have a Branch 3 license, you'll do termite work too and get paid more. What You'll Do Inspect for and treat ants, roaches, rodents, spiders, and other pests at homes and businesses Find what's attracting pests (food, water, entry points) and tell the customer how to fix it Read product labels and mix and apply products the right way Drive to multiple stops a day and stay on schedule Explain what you found and what you did in plain terms. You're the face of our company. Offer extra services and sign up new monthly or quarterly customers (you earn commission) Log each job in our phone app Work in attics, crawlspaces, and on roofs and ladders Keep your truck, equipment, and gas card in good shape Branch 3 holders: do termite inspections, treatments, and reports What You Need Active California Branch 2 Field Rep license (required) 5+ years of pest control field experience, with Southern California experience preferred Branch 3 Field Rep license is a plus Valid California driver's license and a strong driving record Authorized to work in the U.S. Able to lift 50 lbs and work in tight, dirty spaces Comfortable using a smartphone for your schedule, invoices, and notes Able to work on your own and show up on time Pay & Benefits $21-28/hr, based on experience and licenses Commission on new customers and extra services you sell Gas card Paid holidays and vacation (full-time only) Paid sick time Uniforms provided Referral bonus Why Work With Us We're not a big corporate operation.
