Job Summary We are seeking to hire a talented Senior Specialty Service Professional. This role is primarily focused on performing specialized Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) treatments, including termite and other complex pest issues, with sales and general pest services as additional responsibilities. This role is expected to demonstrate advanced technical knowledge, deliver high-quality treatments, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This position will have the opportunity to sell primarily specialty services (german cockroach, bed bug, termite, rodent and exclusion and insulation in applicable markets) along with of course our traditional services such as general pest control, outdoor package and other ancillary services. You can communicate at a high level on the biology and behaviors of insects, identify specialty pest infestations and build value through the sales process. In return, being able to service, close sales, and generate revenue for your respective location/Hawx. You will exemplify excellent customer service and professionalism while following a daily schedule of services. DETAILS Full-time hourly position $20 - $28 per hour
Requirements:
Responsibilities Perform specialized WDO treatments (e.g., termite, exclusion, and other advanced services) with precision and in compliance with company and state requirements. Provide thorough inspections, identify pest-related issues, and develop effective treatment strategies. Execute treatment plans using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. Deliver exceptional customer service, educating customers on treatment processes, prevention, and long-term solutions. Maintain accurate records of treatments, services performed, and materials used. Adhere to KPI's related to quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, completion of work orders, and revenue contribution. Address customer concerns with professionalism and provide effective resolutions through integrated pest management strategies. Maintain and care for company equipment, vehicle, gas card, and other assigned resources. Support sales efforts by responding to leads, providing recommendations, and closing sales when appropriate. Perform general pest control and ancillary services as needed.

Must pass required background check and drug screening and motor vehicle record.
