We have very high Yelp, Google and Nextdoor ratings from our customers and have developed a great reputation for our service. We offer a future - first training to get your Field Rep license, then running your own route. Responsibilities A Clear Skies Technician commits to safely and professionally providing the highest level of protection and service to their customers on a designated service route. Job training includes on the job, and computer learning which would prepare the technician with the skills needed to succeed in the responsibility of daily route operations, scheduling, issue diagnosis and treatment planning. The successful candidate would learn to discuss treatment options directly with the customers on their route based on their training and eventually, their learned experience. A Clear Skies Pest Elimination Employee will:

• Complete our personal one-on-one training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer's location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers and present a neat appearance. Uniforms are provided.
• Serve as a problem solver for each customer with empathy by listening to and understanding their needs and utilizing Clear Skies expertise to recommend the most efficient solution
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that would give them peace of mind about their pest management
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer's property.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

• No Experience Required - we'll train you
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid California driver's license required with no DUI or serious traffic violations on your record.
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 60 days of employment (company pays for licensing).
• Candidate must be bondable for insurance purposes and to qualify for the Field Rep licensing exam. Therefore any candidate will be required to pass the "Live scan" background check which includes fingerprinting before employment is finalized.
• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodation:
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
