What You'll Do Serve as a licensed Branch 2 Operator for general residential pest control work Help Treasure Pest launch and operate in a compliant, professional way Perform residential pest inspections and treatments Treat common household pests such as ants, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, crickets, occasional invaders, and other appropriate general pest issues Provide exterior-first and targeted treatments where appropriate Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners Explain service recommendations in simple, honest language Follow all label, safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate service records and digital reports Help create and improve company SOPs Help define what Treasure Pest should and should not offer at launch Provide feedback on scheduling, routing, pricing, and field operations Represent the brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity What We Are Not Launching With We are intentionally starting focused.
