PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Join Our Team as a Pest Control Technician at Brezden Pest Control!
Location:
San Luis Obispo Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00
PM Compensation:
First-year earnings for a Pest Control Technician range from $40,000.00 to 75,000.00, plus commission on route, as well as comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, and holidays. About the
Pest Control Technician Role:
As a Pest Control Technician at Brezden Pest Control, you will be joining a family-owned and operated company since 1980. Our Pest Control Technician plays a crucial role in protecting homes, businesses, and other structures from pest infestations. This position involves performing inspections, applying treatments, and ensuring the health and safety of our clients' properties. Why Brezden Pest Control? Pest Control Technician:
Conduct pest control treatments, working in crawl spaces when necessary. Carry out detailed inspections for pests. Recommend and provide effective pest solutions. Educate clients on preventive measures to reduce future pest problems. Document and report on service activities, maintaining high standards of record-keeping. Manage and maintain service vehicles and equipment in line with company and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For:
At least 2 years of work experience in any field; pest control industry experience is a bonus, but not necessary. Have or train to obtain the required Pest Applicator's License and/or California Branch II Field Rep License.. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. A valid driver's license that meets our insurance company's requirements. Benefits for
