We are looking for applicants that have been licensed by the SPCB as an Applicator or Branch 2 Field Representative. Responsibilities Inspect residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity and conditions conducive to infestations. Identify pests and assess the source of the infestation. Communicate and interact with customers to explain findings, treatment plans, and preventative measures. Recommend service options to new and existing customers and secure signed pest control agreements for ongoing plans or targeted one-time treatments aimed at resolving identified pest issues. Apply pest control products safely and effectively by following company protocols, label directions, and regulatory guidelines. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Safely drive and operate a company vehicle. Maintain equipment and ensure service tools are clean, organized, and in working condition. We'll provide you with comprehensive training on how to treat properties the "No Bugs Way," including pest biology, safety practices, regulatory compliance, and the exclusive techniques and tools we use to deliver top-tier service to our customers. Qualifications Required Applicator or Branch 2 Field Representative license through the California Structural Pest Control Board. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Familiarity with IPM (Integrated Pest Management) practices. Identify pests and assess the source of the infestation. Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as kneeling, climbing ladders, and working in crawl spaces or attics. Comfortable driving for extended periods and completing assigned routes. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and with a team. Authorized to work in the United States. What We Love to
