Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues, including insects, rodents, and other pests. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as needed, ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Educate customers on pest prevention strategies, lawn care practices, and landscaping tips to promote long-term solutions. Develop personalized treatment plans based on inspection findings and customer needs, explaining procedures clearly and transparently. Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while maintaining a clean driving record. Assist customers with product recommendations related to pest control, lawn care, farming, or agriculture supplies. Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, follow-up visits, and excellent service delivery to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in sales, pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, agriculture or related fields is highly desirable. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery or other equipment used in pest management or outdoor maintenance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating company vehicles safely. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to customer service and sales. Willingness to learn technical procedures related to pest control treatments and environmental safety regulations. A proactive attitude with the motivation to grow both technically and in sales performance.
