Highlander Termite & Pest Control is seeking an experienced, professional Branch 2 Field Representative to join our growing team.

IMPORTANT

Applicants MUST currently hold a valid Branch 2 Field Representative license issued by the California Structural Pest Control Board. Only currently licensed applicants will be considered for this position. Position Requirements Current California Branch 2 Field Representative license - REQUIRED Minimum 2 years of pest control field experience Strong knowledge of general pest identification, treatment methods, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Ability to properly inspect properties, identify pest activity, determine appropriate treatment methods, and communicate recommendations to customers Ability to complete accurate service documentation and treatment records Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills Dependable, organized, and able to work independently Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with pest control fieldwork Must follow all California Structural Pest Control Board requirements, pesticide labels, safety procedures, and company policies Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM This is a full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule. Licensing Requirement:

You must currently hold a valid Branch 2 Field Representative license through the State of California Structural Pest Control Board to be considered. Applicants without the required license will not be considered for this position.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of pest control field experience required. Service area will cover Northern California.
