The primary responsibility of this position is performing termite treatments, including local/spot treatments and soil treatments. We are especially looking for someone with wood repair or carpentry experience who can also assist with termite-related repairs when needed. Job Duties Perform termite chemical treatments, including local/spot and soil treatments Follow treatment instructions and properly document work performed Treat termite-infested areas and wood Read and follow termite/WDO reports and work instructions Perform and assist with termite-related wood repairs Repair and replace damaged wood including fascia, eaves, siding, sheathing, rafters, decks, etc. Drive company vehicle to customer properties Maintain company truck, tools, and equipment Communicate professionally with customers Requirements Current California Structural Pest Control Applicator License required Valid California driver's license and good driving record Termite treatment experience preferred Carpentry / wood repair experience strongly preferred Experience with using hand and power tools Able to work independently and as part of a small team Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, confined areas, ladders, and elevated areas Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work Position Details Full-time Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience Please apply with your resume and a brief description of your termite and/or repair experience.
