Position Summary:

Join Falkin Pest Control as a Pest Control Technician earning $40K•60K base plus bonuses and commissions, where you'll help homeowners protect their homes while building lasting customer relationships. This role blends hands-on pest treatment with customer education, upselling additional pest prevention services , and sales, giving you the opportunity to grow your income while delivering real solutions that make a difference for families. Core Responsibilities:

Perform pest control inspections and treatments at residential properties. Educate homeowners on pest prevention and recommend additional services, treatments, and preventative solutions when appropriate. Identify upselling opportunities by recommending services that provide added value and long-term protection for customers. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and positive reviews. Maintain accurate treatment records while following all safety and product label requirements. Safely operate company vehicles and represent the company professionally in the field.
