In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues for residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in pest control methods, along with your ability to provide exceptional customer service, will ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care. This position requires a strong understanding of various pest control techniques and the ability to operate related equipment safely and effectively. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment plans. Apply pesticides and other pest control products in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. N.W.C.O experience and tick experience a plus. Provide clients with detailed information about pest prevention techniques and maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment plans and follow-up visits. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination of services. Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services or products that may benefit clients. Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety protocols through ongoing training. Requirements Previous experience in pest control and licence in pest control Knowledge of farm machinery, lawn care practices, landscape maintenance, and basic sales techniques is advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide outstanding customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites. Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate client schedules.
