Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a preparation specialist for pest control treatments, extreme clutter clean ups, and deep cleanings! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing environments to ensure effective pest control treatments, thorough cleaning during hoarding clean-up projects and deep cleaning tasks that restore spaces to their optimal condition. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in various settings, utilizing a range of tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results. Your efforts will directly contribute to healthier, safer, and cleaner environments for our clients. We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals eager to apply themselves and in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Prepare work sites for pest control treatments (prior to exterminators) to allow pest control to treat effectively. Operate company vehicles safely for transportation between job sites while maintaining compliance with driving regulations Assist in hoarding clean-up projects by sorting, removing clutter, and deep cleaning affected areas using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques Follow all safety protocols diligently during work abiding by company procedures Qualifications No experience is necessary. We will train you accordingly. OSHA 10 certified is a plus (but not required) Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects.
