As a pest control technician, you'll manage every step of the customer's service experience from start to finish, upholding the high standards we're known for in the communities we serve. More specifically, you'll inspect homes and businesses to identify pest activity, determine the best treatment plans, explain your findings clearly to customers, apply treatments safely and maintain accurate customer records. You'll also complete daily electronic service tickets, keep your vehicle and equipment safe and organized and represent the company with professionalism at every stop. In addition to providing excellent pest control services, you'll be expected to identify opportunities to recommend and sell additional services that benefit customers and support company growth. Responsibilities at a glance:

• Report to the Ft. Myers branch each morning before heading out on your route
• Inspect homes and businesses for pest activity and signs of infestation
• Determine the best treatment plans and apply materials safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings and treatments and share prevention tips
• Complete accurate electronic service tickets daily
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Keep service vehicle clean, organized and operating safely
• Provide excellent customer service to support retention and satisfaction
• Support company growth by recommending and selling additional services when appropriate
• Respond to callbacks and ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (MVR and background checks required)
• Reliable personal vehicle to report to and from the branch each work day
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn (training provided)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Prior pest control or related experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors in Florida's climate
• Must be able to work on-site in Ft.

Myers and surrounding territories

Compensation:

• Competitive pay: $40,000-$60,000 per year with commissions and performance-based bonuses (DOE)
