Echo Talent Partners is assisting a privately owned, professionally operated pest control company serving Central Florida with the hiring of a Pest Control Technician. This company combines the accountability, systems and standards of a larger organization with the responsiveness and pride of a local business. Technicians are expected to be professional, organized, customer-focused and able to work independently. This is not a casual "run stops and move on" position. The company expects clear communication, accurate service notes, proper follow-up, safe product application and a strong customer experience at every visit. Position Summary We are looking for a dependable Pest Control Technician to perform residential and light commercial pest control services. The right candidate can manage a daily route, inspect properties, identify pest activity, communicate findings to customers and document work properly through service software. This position is ideal for someone who wants the stability and professionalism of an established company without feeling like just another number in a large corporate operation.
