This role is essential in providing effective pest management solutions to our clients, ensuring their environments are safe and pest-free. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, landscaping, or related fields, and possess excellent customer service skills. looking for someone with a good attitude and ready to learn more about the field. looking for somebody who is not just going to run around houses and wave a wand, looking for someone who will take time to diagnose problems and provide the clients with the proper treatments Duties Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues. Pest control/fertilization/weed control Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and traps. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for pest management tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to clients. Provide recommendations for preventative measures to help clients maintain a pest-free environment. Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and completion of services. Engage in sales activities by promoting additional services or products that may benefit clients. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in pest control, landscaping, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with farm machinery and lawn care practices is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely. Willingness to learn about different pests and the best practices for their control. Must be detail-oriented and able to follow safety protocols diligently.
