Rhino Pest Protection is expanding into Central Florida , and we're looking for a Florida Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO) who wants an opportunity to help launch and grow our Florida operation. This isn't just another pest control position. We're looking for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor, take ownership, lead, and grow with us. We've built a strong operation in Texas, and now we're bringing Rhino to Florida. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Holds a current Florida Certified Pest Control Operator (CPCO) certification Ideally certified in General Household Pest & Rodent (GHP) Additional WDO and/or Lawn & Ornamental certifications are a major plus Has hands-on pest control experience Understands Florida pest control regulations and compliance Has strong customer service and communication skills Is dependable, motivated, and comfortable taking initiative Wants to help build a branch rather than simply work for one Has leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset The Opportunity You'll have the opportunity to help us establish Rhino Pest Protection in Central Florida from the beginning. That means helping us build the operation, serve our first customers, establish routes, maintain regulatory compliance, train future team members, and ultimately help develop a strong Rhino team in Florida.
