Position Summary A well-established and growing South Florida home services company is seeking an experienced Pest Control License Holder / Qualifying Operator to lead the development and oversight of a new pest management division. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a licensed professional who wants to play a key role in building a premium service offering within an established organization. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, establish operational standards, and help grow the business while delivering exceptional customer service. Primary ResponsibilitiesLicensing & Compliance Serve as the company's designated Pest Control Qualifying Operator. Maintain all required Florida licenses and certifications. Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain required regulatory records and documentation. Oversee pesticide storage, handling, application, and disposal practices. Support regulatory inspections and audits. Operations Develop and implement standard operating procedures for pest control services. Provide technical oversight for residential pest management operations. Ensure services are performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry standards. Assist in selecting equipment, products, and treatment methods. Maintain quality assurance standards across all pest control services. Training & Leadership Train and mentor pest control technicians. Conduct field inspections and provide ongoing coaching. Promote safe work practices and regulatory compliance. Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Business Development Partner with company leadership to establish and grow the pest control division. Assist with estimating and customer consultations as needed. Recommend new service offerings and operational improvements. Support long-term growth initiatives for the division. Qualifications Required Current Florida Certified Pest Control Operator License with the ability to serve as the company's Qualifying Operator. Strong knowledge of Florida pest control laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record. Preferred Five or more years of pest control industry experience. Supervisory or management experience. Experience developing operating procedures and training technicians. Experience working with high-end residential clientele.
