What We Offer Competitive Pay:

•$22.00 per hour base + 25% commission on sales for uncapped earning potential!

Full-time, 40 hours/week minimum (never more than 50)

•first stop typically within 15-30 minutes Provide high-quality exterior residential pest control services (primarily exterior treatments) Inspect properties, apply treatments safely and effectively Deliver outstanding customer service

Ensure every customer is 100% satisfied with their service Stay current with best practices through ongoing training Qualifications Coachable mindset and strong work ethic Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (we'll review it!) Motivated to earn through base pay + commissions Comfortable working independently in the field No prior pest control experience required
